Our coaching team has more than a decade+ of experience working full time with in-person coaching & personal training helping people across the world with their fitness, health & nutritional choices.

We provide fact-based help with strength training, fat loss, aerobic exercise, recovery, sleep, stress management, hypertrophy, power, wellness, athletic capacity, combat classes, yoga, healthier habits, endurance, and pre-rehab-focused training for all those nasty situations that require you to recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgery.

But that´s not enough.

We also help people change their habits, in order to truly eat and live in a healthier, and fact-based way. As the experienced nutritional & health coaches we are we can guide & help you with your lifestyle and how to eat in a healthy way with proper high-satiety, high-protein food choices.

We will help you take control over your recovery, sleep & stress management. Educate you, and make nutritional habits easy and comprehensive. Creating easy to do but important pillars that will help tremendously with all of your body composition, health, fat loss, aging, and fitness needs no matter what your short and long-term goals might be.

Our experienced and well-educated team take pride in maintaining a continuous learning experience. This approach of ours include accumulating more accredited coaching education on top of keeping up with the very latest in science and studies across the entire field of fact-based health, food, and fitness science and coaching.

All STYRKA clients get the best possible coaching, and help for your time and money no matter what your level, budget and goals are.

We are also available for exclusive in person coaching covering all the same things, such as yoga, combat classes, strength training, nutrition, fat loss, better ageing, health, recovery, endurance and healthy habit forming coaching, & aerobic exercise.

Our in person coaching includes private 1 on 1 sessions and groups, and comes with a 120€ per person and session fee.
